I’ve recently launched my first LLC with a limited budget, went through the entire formation process on my own.
After the company was formed, a few friends of mine asked me for details on all the nuances and steps taken. Thus, based on my experience, I created this website to share some insights and discuss everything someone may needed to form an LLC in Pennsylvania.

Garret Wassermann, the vice-chairman of the Allegheny Green Party, has a master’s degree in applied mathematics and physics, has also studied social ecology, and now works in the field of computer software security. Garret’s major concern is the climate crisis and the effects of pollution on people’s health. He is a supporter of the idea of green business and its development, which does not infringe on the lives of other people and does not damage the environment. Therefore, he supports a Green New Deal for renewable energy and green infrastructure jobs instead of fossil fuel jobs.
In addition to protecting the Constitutional rights to clean water and air, Garret also intends on campaigning for an economic bill of rights. Everyone in Pennsylvania deserves a universal right to housing, healthcare without out-of-pocket costs, public education through college without debt, and more. Garret also stands up for women’s reproductive rights and oppose all attempts to restrict abortion access, as well as demand significant criminal justice reforms including an end to the use of cash bail.
Moreover, Gareth has acted as a consultant for some of the articles on this site, where he has shared some of his life experiences that helped better outline some of the steps of forming an LLC in Pennsylvania.
